Players wanted......

Chenies & Latimer CC v Chenies & Latimer Villages

Monday 26 May 2014

This annual fixture is fast approaching. Anyone from Chenies or Latimer who would like to playshould make contact as soon as possible.

It will be a 20-over match, starting at about 2pm.

The village team has won for the last few years – let’s try to keep it going.

We are playing for“The Chenies Tankard”, donated by the Chenies Village Society many years ago.

We always welcome new players – we have a wide spread of ages and abilities, and Colts aremost welcome provided they are used to playing with a proper cricket ball.

If you don’t haveyour own kit, there is a limited amount at the Club which can be borrowed.

There is of course always an excellent tea for players and spectators – if you are able to help with this either on the day or by making cakes or sandwiches we would love to hear from you.

Please contact Kathryn Le Neve Foster (01923 284659, klenevefoster@hotmail.com) if you would like to take part or want any further information.
