First Wednesday Club

First Wednesday of each month @ The Red Lion

Originally formed as the The Chenies Working And Non Working Mens Club - a purely social event for the men of the village and (primarily) an excuse to visit the Red Lion for a catch up with other Chenieites. To broaden its appeal it was renamed the 1st Wednesday Club and thrown open to the women of the village too. Now a firm event on the monthly calender, its a fun and enjoyable evening that is a fine example of how the Chenies community comes together and supports each other and the well being of the village.
